Medical Visit

Our fees for medical services are affordable, provide transparency, and ensure that you receive the best medical care and patient service in Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Visalia, Selma and beyond. There are no membership fees to becoming a patient at avecinia. If you do not have insurance or have a high deductible or would like to pay with cash, credit card (or card on file) or check, you can easily do so at avecinia wellness center. Our insurance specialist can also help you manage your cost with a treatment plan that fits your budget and your health needs.
The following is avecinia wellness center’s general fee schedule for the most common types of medical visits (for a more detailed version, click “Avecinia Fee Schedule“). Your actual visit and fees depends on the severity of the visit, the items/issues discussed during the visit, necessary in-house labs/test/orders, and the actual length of the total visit. Insurance may or may not cover all of these services. Services not covered by your insurance are your responsibility. Insurance may or may not cover all of these services. It is your responsibility to determine whether your plan covers a specific service. Please see your insurance company website or speak with your benefit coordinator.
If your plan first approves a service but then decides not to cover it, the fee is your financial responsibility. Further services may be halted if fees are not paid in full. Accounts more than 90 days old will be delinquent and turned over to collections and the patient will be dismissed.
